January 20 VIP Viewing Reception and VIP Ball
THE PRESIDENTIAL INAUGURATION VIP VIEWING RECEPTION and BALL will be held during the afternoon and evening of January 20, 2009 at the prestigious Willard InterContinental Hotel.
The VIP RECEPTION and the VIP BALL will feature Obama Administration officials, Members of Congress, diplomats, and Washington's power elite.
The day's stellar activities features two parts:

VIP Viewing Reception: In reception rooms on the Willard Hotel's 2nd floor, guests will view the Swearing-In, Oath of Office, and Presidential Parade on widescreen television. Informal. Light food and beverage served. |

5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
|
VIP Ball. More formal. Many VIP Guests confirmed. Heavy food and beverage served along with stellar entertainment. Portrait photography scheduled. In the Crystal Ballroom. |
